The clue is in the name; the prime goal during design and construction of The View Villa was to make the most of the spectacular views.

Downstairs there is a large lounge with sea-facing floor to ceiling windows. We've never been able to decide if we prefer the daytime vista or that at night when the twinkling lights of the surrounding villages light up the mountainside and passing ships illuminate the horizon.

The lounge has ceiling fans although the villa is fully air-conditioned.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven and halogen hob, a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. From here the back door leads out on to a side patio and garden.

There is a separate utility room and a downstairs cloakroom. The dining room enjoys views of the sea and private swimming pool.

Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, the master having full en-suite facilities and a dressing room area whilst the other bedrooms share a family bathroom. Each bedroom has access to a sea-facing balcony – a great place to escape to read and relax!

Outside there is a large 12m x 4m private swimming pool with plenty of sunbathing terrace and a poolside shower. The pool is surrounded by a well-stocked Mediterranean garden providing wonderful colours and aromas throughout the year. Dining alfresco is possible for so much of the year in Cyprus and we have a covered verandah overlooking the pool.

Access to the villa is afforded by a set of stone steps which lead up from the private parking bay at street level.
